The US military has launched more airstrikes against Iran. They aim to weaken Iran's power to attack ships in the Strait of Hormuz. This is the tenth consecutive night of these strikes. President Trump expressed his anger over the deaths of US soldiers and promised to retaliate against Iran. In the night before, he said Iran suffered significant damage in response to the deaths of three US soldiers, who died in Iraq and Jordan. In reaction to the strikes, Iran hit two oil tankers and US military locations in Bahrain and Kuwait. Iran's military leader, Masoud Pezeshkian, declared a full-scale war with the US. They also targeted Amazon's infrastructure with missiles in Bahrain. At the same time, US armed forces reported hitting Iranian military bases and equipment. The Strait of Hormuz remains open for commercial shipping. Rescue teams are working to help the crews of the oil tankers that Iran targeted. One tanker also reported being hit by an unknown object, leading the crew to abandon the vessel for safety.
